Will it really be warmer in winter?
Absolutely! As long as you have a heat source e.g a radiator, or open it up to the rest of the house. The insulation in the roof prevents heat loss. In the summer, the insulation will also stop the room overheating.
How is the rubbished disposed?
We will remove all rubbish from site and dispose of responsibly. Where possible we will recycle.
Will a solid roof make my room too dark?
Once the ceiling has been painted white, this will reflect the natural light from the windows making it equally as bright as having a polycarbonate roof. If a glass roof is being replaced, it is advisable to have a Velux™ window.
Do you replace the lead flashing?
Yes. We replace with code 4 lead to comply with Building Control.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly cover Hampshire.
